“They cancelled my order without telling me and tried to steal my bonus points. Had I not asked, they probably would have because they had to ask their manager just to give them back LOL. Cancelled my order on the premise they didn't have a runner readily available? I thought legitimate operations could backorder and let your transaction sit until it is served, not cancel it immediately without asking if you will wait or not.
They tied my assets up for 2 days in a refund they didn't authorize with me. Apparently if you order from them this is a pretty normal thing you have to deal with because the support specialist seemed to ignore me when I asked if they did this alot for 10 minutes, than told me to be patient.

Regarding the cancellation, your order was immediately refunded because we couldn't fulfill it as quickly as we'd like, and we wanted to avoid causing more inconvenience. We do our best to communicate clearly with our customers. We also understand that the delay in processing refunds can be frustrating, but I assure you that we send the refunds immediately and any delay if caused is by the receiving bank.
