“ At first there was a minor issue with the item being complete however Arm Ally made it right. A little slow on response but they provided good customer service. ”

“ My purchase was not without issue but the minor inconvenience is not what's relevant. What's relevant & much appreciated is the patience & attention given by Arm or Ally to both explaining things & going above & beyond to fix the minor problem. In today's environment such exceptional service to even a minor purchase like mine is rare. I applaud Arm or Ally's business ethic & will certainly do business with you again. ”

“ I am new to Arm or Ally. My experience has been great. Timely service, not an overbearing onslaught of advertising emails, and what is what I would consider genuine concern for top flight customer service from this group. I plan to keep coming back. Sincerely, John W. ”
