I bought a crosshatch coffee maker and one on the rubber feet that insert into the bottom of the coffee maker was missing. The coffee maker does not sit level. How can I get one for it.
Why don't you reply to your customers? It is unacceptable to ship incorrect product and then ignore the buyer.
I had such high regard for your product but no more. I will never buy from you again unless you rectify the situation.
