“I loved my AR+COOK AIR FRYER until it stopped working after 2 months. I tried all the obvious troubleshooting suggestions to no avail. After 7 attempts to get help from customer service I finally gave up. Phone calls, emails, private messages via social media, they never made any attempts to help. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I spent $82 on the fryer.”
“I recently purchased a set of bowls from Art and Cook. I had previously received a set as a gift and really loved them. I wanted another set of bowls and was thrilled when I found Art and Cook online. I promptly ordered a new set at an affordable price on June 1, 2023. When the bowls arrived, they were not bowls. They had accidently put order number one down from mine into my box and I received someone else's order. I promptly emailed the company and Allen responded asking me to send them pictures to prove that I had, indeed, received the wrong order. I immediately responded and sent the requested pictures, complete with a picture of the incorrect orderform for someone else in a box addressed to me. This happened on June 8, 2023. Since this one exchange with the company, I have heard NOTHING back from Allen or the company. I have emailed multiple times and also attempted find a customer service number to no avail. Even thought I love the original bowls I received as a gift years ago, I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is nonexistent and you may end up like me, stuck with an electric, light-up teapot when you don't even drink tea.”
“I purchased my first AR+Cook utensil years ago at an outlet store. It has been my preferred utensil my only one until I recently decided to treat myself to the full set. My original utensil looks as new as the day I purchased it so I have high expectations that these, too will be equally satisfying.
My only complaint is the amount of time it took for my order to move from AR+Cook to FedEx. There appears to be some problem with processing between the point of purchase and handover to the shipper. For the amount I paid for shipping, I expected better. Their customer service rep was pleasant to work with and she was prompt with her replies to my inquiries.”
