Just had delivery of a leather chair, footstool and 3 seater settee. The two who delivered it were very professional , took their time and perserved with a very difficult situation with a very large settee and a front door that was very, very tight to enable them to get it in . Polite, hardworking employees are not easy to find, but these two were first class !!

Bought a Alston Emelia sofa And chair The cushions on back of sofa have gone down very quickly after 5 months I notify the store put a complaint in a person phoned and said put cushion on floor and stand on them I was mortified Have had a technical out can't see anything wrong for such a respectable company I am really dissapointed I have had wardrobes from there previously no problem

I purchased two sofas which were delivered in April 2023. From the day they were delivered they gave off a smell. I thought it would settle down, but as the months went on the smell continued, and I didn’t even like being in the room as I was getting headaches. I contacted the store, and over a period of months two different people came out to inspect the sofas sent by the manufacturer. Although there was a smell they did not think it was a manufacturing fault. I have now had someone else come out arranged by ALJ. who said he could smell something when he walked in the room. He has said it is caused by the fire retardant that is used, and was rather surprised that I was still getting this smell after all this time. Yet he has also decided it’s not a manufacturing fault. I have today received a call saying the store are not prepared to do anything about it, and I have to put up with having two smelly sofas. I have spent nearly £3;000 on two sofas which aren’t fit for purpose.

Very slow delivery and poor Customer Service. We ordered a table, 4 chairs and a bench in early October. They were finally delivered in the middle of February, despite a guarantee of Christmas delivery. When it was delivered they had sent the wrong bench. We are now told this will be in around April. Through out there has been no apology, no acceptance of fault and no attempt to rectify the matter. I would strongly urge you to not purchase from this establishment.
