“Was fantastic. Came in good time. Engravings a lovely. The wine going in will be awesome! Only thing is would have been good if had a few extra seals for when you've put in the wines. In case you seal and want to add a little something you didn't think of earlier. GREAT PRODUCT! Pete.”

“A girlfriend of mine showed me pictures of her Bridal Shower gift of the 3 Anniversary Wine bottle box/holder. It was so beautiful I just had to order one for my Godson that was getting married! The website was so very easy to navigate, so many choices too! I included a picture from social media, then Stacie contacted me to let me know that the picture was very pixelated and blurry. I was able to attach a different picture and Stacie sent me a proof of how it would look on the wooden box. Thank you Stacie! Because of all of you at Artificer Wood Works, my Godson and his new wife were AWED and AMAZED at the wonderful, beautiful, and magnificent creation that they will be able to enjoy for a lifetime!!”

“I can't possibly put into words how incredibly special I think this is. I ordered the photo box for an anniversary present and used a photo of the bride and groom. Not only is it the most personal and unique gift I've ever seen, but the service was impeccable as well. I had a few questions before I ever ordered it and they responded the same day. Any concerns or questions at all that I had, was answered immediately and thoroughly. Thank you for helping me gift something truly special!”

“I ordered a box to commemorate my nephew's birth and it is truly a work of art and exceptional craftsmanship. “We ordered a double wine box and the engraving is just beautiful! We were able to proof the picture, which is their wedding invitation, before engraving started. My experience was awesome from ordering from the website to e-mailing customer service. My questions were answered right away and I was e-mailed every step of the way! Shipping was so quick, too! Perfect for our London friends! I'm sure they'll love it! I would recommend this company to everyone!!”

“I have ordered two wedding gifts from Artificer Wood Works and will continue to do so. They're such beautiful, unique gifts! The first order I had shipped to myself and I filled it with wine and the second I purchased wine and sent it straight to the couple. Both experiences were fantastic! I had a couple questions about how the box/wine would arrive and my customer service experience was unmatched. I was reached out to immediately and Stacie was efficient and on top of it to help me get the order completed. I highly recommend this gorgeous product!”

“I've purchased three different times from Artificer Wood Works in 11 months: a wedding gift and two individual housewarming gifts. Each represents a unique, sophisticated, yet affordable, thoughtful present from me to the respective recipients. The selection process, including the inspired suggested designs, and the purchase process were excellent, right down to the hand-written note cards. In layman's terms, this is a very "classy" way to conduct business. I experienced one small glitch in the website operation, but the staff was quick to respond and assured me the issue soon will be resolved. These transactions were a very positive experience. Even this, the comprehensive customer follow-up, is impressive. I'll certainly consider this organization's products and services in the future. My only hesitation comes in that I have trouble recommending Artificer Wood Works, because I don't want the world to know about the "gold mine" I've discovered. Thank you for allowing this feedback.”

“Anniversary box came out amazing and on schedule as I needed it rushed...but that did not degrade the quality. Made the perfect gift for my wine loving aunt. She loved it and says everyone who comes over comments on how beautiful it is. Customer service was a breeze to work with and quick to respond. Couldn't have been any better of an experience or product.”

“I ordered this gift for my daughter for a housewarming gift. It was easy to order, was delivered in a timely fashion, and though I have only seen a picture of it, it seems to be quality work. I was very impressed with the website and the care that is taken in making the products.
