“I bought 3 Buxus (Boxwood) Tower Topiary Trees about two years ago. Product description states suitable for external use. Within 12 months, 1 tree had rotted and the trunk broke. The other two have now gone the same way. I did make contact with this business to discuss my dis-satisfaction. They stated the trunk was not suitable for UK external use. They were meant to get back to me but in the end i gave up following up.”

“I cant speak as to your other products but to describe the Boston Fern as having silky feeling, realistic looking leaves is a traversty. They look and feel like plastic and not a particularly good quality of plastic at that!! The small leaves bent in two when packed cannot be flattened out and no amount of prising produces a natural lookng splayed arrangement; as for the decorative balls that look like Maltesers, seriously!! Bitterly disappointed.”

“I am delighted with my indoor Olive plant. It looks so real I have put very fine wired LED lights on it and it looks wonderful at night. Sorry I do not know how to send a video. would a photo do. I have recommended you to friends who also thought the tree was real. The outside trees are yet to be tested as we have them in doors until they are planted into sturdy/weighty planters for stability as we live by the sea so get hefty winds to say the least.”
