“Entire process was seamless”

“Arrived well packaged and was super heavy as the pot was well weighted. Lots of leaves but I would have liked them to be a little bit lighter in colour (I’m very fussy!) I have disguised the support pole with moss and added a pot to improve the overall ‘natural’ look.”

“Hi, arrived well packed , the palm I wanted for a room hardly used looks ok. The small fern hmmmmm not so happy really tbh. I will keep it. But it's to shiny really ferns are not shiny, so this makes it look really fake . If it was less like this I would have bought more. I had one from M&S same price but looks real. Can't really send this back now shame but honest review.”

“Delivery and packaging was all good, but unfortunately one of the lower branches arrived drooping (not sure if it has snapped inside, obviously this has changed the appearance of how the tree should look. Thank you”

“Overall trees are what I expected. You can tell they’re artificial up close but from a distance I think they look real. Only let down is where branches are fixed to bottom of trunk, it just looks messy and cheaply done. Overall I’m pleased with them.”
