“Numerous times I have shopped and wanted to purchase bags of compost, they bring in the outside plants hours before the shop shuts making It difficult to access them . Not very helpful staff when asked to assistance to reach the bags”
“Waiting at tobacco counter for sales assistant to finish on her phone before serving me. Another sales assistant saw i wasn't happy so she came to serve me.”
“A lot of Staff are ignorant snd seem to have totally missed the customer service training. Not a nice atmosphere as the staff can be aggressive.
Last year a manager raised her eyes when i was speaking to her and tutted in my face!”
“There's never fresh bread there they seem to make a full days schedule for the next day, they should only have a few over from day before .everyone loves fresh hot bread,fix it please ,”
