“To expensive”

“This must be the worst experience I have ever had with any company ever. From week 2 I was getting requested for more proof of address. I provided a grand total of 12 forms of address proof. Even after this granditude of proof they were disatisfied and informed me they would cancel my policy. I have later been on the phone about 20 times trying to sort this out. My policy is with Entire cover who operate as a front for xpect insurance who take the insurance from marker study group. Its so multi-layered its almost impossible to speak to anyone who can make any decision for you. I have now had to contact the fanancial ombudsman to attempt to sort this, but there is ever chance I will have no insurance in a month, be in debit to them and have to pay out start up fees with another insurer... I BY NO MEANS RECOMMEND ASDA AS THEY CLEARLY HAVE TIES WITH INCOMPETENT COMPANIES THAT WILL MAKE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE A PAIN FOR YOU.... Good luck to anyone who ends up with the same policy, really it is stressful.”

“Asda Website gave me the best quote as Motor Cycle Direct, they were an utter nightmare. Asda had no controll over the MCD, they took money then denied they had taken payment , & they wanted it again, I contacted the insurance company direct & complained. After contact from insurance company, then MCD found my money & issued a certificate. MCD are an agent. So Asda is an broker, that put you to a broker, MCD charged some £25 handling. Then they bombarded me with nasty threats to produce NCD, even when the policy did not start for weeks, my current insurane company, would not produce a ncd until current policy ran out.”

“I have searched since looking on your website and found a lot cheaper company's which are willing to offer the same and more for the price which I bought mine of you for you service was quick and simple but that's only because you want to take people hard earned money”
