Many updates along the way from the lovely staff put me at ease. The signet ring to commemorate mum is fantastic, just as I had imagined, the strength and purity of the 18ct gold and the coloured glass with ashes is a very fitting tribute to mum, personalised with a lovely engraved line from one of her favourite songs.
