“Very disappointed in ashley flooring.
It started with the installation day,the representative that came out and I picked the carpet i wanted he put the wrong day in the system that took multiple phone calls. The day the installers came out and started to lay the carpet it did not look like what I picked. I kept questioning myself, finally called the representative that came out from the beginning sent him over a couple pictures he even agreed that it did not look like the same carpet. So finally, after multiple calls calling the manager. At Ashley flooring, he finally came out. He was very disrespectful. He had a tragedy in his family and kept bringing that up very unprofessional. They will be sending another person for a second opinion. Do not buy from them. It does not look like the same carpet as what they show you on the sample boards. , so stay tuned for more information, very disappointed. As for the sales man he should not be a sales man very DISRESPECTFUL to me. Keep your personal problems at home.”
“I recently had new flooring installed on my main level and rug installed downstairs...I dealt with David as I did before when I had new rug installed in my bedroom 2 years ago and was very happy. Dave and Sam did the job for me and their work was perfection.. I would recommend them and Ashley flooring to anyone and I already have..Great job!!”
