It started with the installation day,the representative that came out and I picked the carpet i wanted he put the wrong day in the system that took multiple phone calls. The day the installers came out and started to lay the carpet it did not look like what I picked. I kept questioning myself, finally called the representative that came out from the beginning sent him over a couple pictures he even agreed that it did not look like the same carpet. So finally, after multiple calls calling the manager. At Ashley flooring, he finally came out. He was very disrespectful. He had a tragedy in his family and kept bringing that up very unprofessional. They will be sending another person for a second opinion. Do not buy from them. It does not look like the same carpet as what they show you on the sample boards. , so stay tuned for more information, very disappointed.
