“This is a great company to buy from. I bought a item from them and received a email from them 2 days later saying that they had sourced the item for me at a cheaper price than I paid so refunded me the difference. I can highly recommend this company to deal with”

“I found a photo frame I liked on AskHerFriends.com, so I bought it as a present for my wife. The order was processed quickly and efficiently and I received confirmation by email a few minutes later. I was very pleasantly surprised when I was received an email later that day from Ben Blomerley, CEO of AskHerFriends Limited, advising he was going to refund £8.50 to my card in line with the site's price promise, as they had managed to source the item more cheaply than the price advertised. Customer service as open, honest and good as this is extremely rare and greatly appreciated! I would certainly recommend AskHerFriends.com to my friends and use it again. The item arrived quickly too and I am very happy with it.”

“The website has loads of great gift ideas (although the downside of this is that I also bought gifts for myself!) and is easy to use. The website offers 'free delivery' however some of the items I have looked at you can get on other sites for the same price with a delivery charge so it feels like the delivery charge has already been built into the price.”

We have a Price Promise, which says we’ll match prices elsewhere. Delivery costs money, so wherever you go, you need to consider the all-in price to see whether you’re getting a good deal or not, and we’re just trying to give customers the best deal we can.
