The picture I saw of my cactus had 3 cacti in it. When it arrived there was only one. Where did it's friends go? Did it get lost in transit? Now I have to rub one nipple at a time with my cactus.

Hi Max, and I am sorry that you were disappointed with the order. The title does only refer to a single cactus, but I agree the description could have been clearer, which we've now updated. £6 for a plant and pot is, we feel, very reasonable, we couldn't offer three for that price. If you are unhappy with your order you can also return it to us, in accordance with our returns policy. Ben

Delivery was stated 12 Feb to 19 Feb. Today is the 21 Feb and I'm still waiting for my item. There was no tracking, no notification as to when or if the item is being despatch. This item is a present to a friend and I'm late in giving it to my friend.

Hi Maebel, and sorry you weren't completely satisfied. The order accepted and dispatch emails are automatically generated by the system, and these have probably gone into your junk folder. The parcel was dispatched on the Monday, after you made the order on the Saturday. It is a bulky item and therefore if nobody was in then it would have been taken to the local post office. The postman should have left a card, but we are also now investigating.

I had a problem with the product I ordered. It didnt arrive as advertised. I contacted askherfriends who said they would contact the seller. I never heard form the seller. when I enquired a second time askherfriends said they would chase the seller for a response but I never heard anything back form either.

Hi Jenny, and I am sorry that you were disappointed with the service you received from AskHerFriends. Each time we corresponded we pushed the seller to sort out your issue, and they should have replied directly to you. We are a marketplace and that means we can allow our customers an unparalleled range of gift ideas, from a single checkout, whilst also maintaining value for our customers through our Price Promise. However, on occasion this can lead to issues, as sellers are responsible for an element of the customer service themselves - they must reply to customer requests. I understand that geo-fleur has now dealt with your request but we will be speaking to them about how they manage customer requests and the timeliness in which they respond, as it reflects very badly on us. I am very sorry you had this experience and we will look at the process around ensuring sellers respond in a more timely manner. Ben

Half of my order hasn't arrived, an the most expensive part is rubbish quality. Not at all like the picture suggested a luxury leather weekend bag!! It is thin an not put together very well, not the lovely gift I wanted to give

Hi Al-lan, I'm very sorry that the product wasn't up to standard, the weekend bag is actually one of our best sellers and is usually extremely well received, so I find out what has happened there. As for the late arrival of the other items, because we're a marketplace some items do arrive at different times from different sellers, and that seller's delivery times are slightly longer than others, but again I will look into it. I'm very sorry you've had a disappointing experience with AskHerFriends.

Sent my item to billing address instead of delivery address (although correct on invoice). Meant as a present but therefore did not arrive as desired. Not very impressed.

Hi Catherine, I'm very sorry to hear that. We work very closely with our sellers and try to make things as easy as possible for them to make sure our customers are delighted each time, but sometimes mistakes are made. I will make sure I speak to La De Da Living so that it doesn't happen again.

I placed an order on September the 9th - nine days later and I still have not received one of the products. Very, poor service. You should make it clear on your website that it could take over a week to process and deliver an order. This was for a birthday gift and I have now had to go and buy a second gift - from another website I might add - to give to my friend. Please address this issue.

Hi Rebecca, we're very sorry that this has happened. The order was accepted and shipped on Tuesday, which I agree is a little late but should have still reached you on Wednesday, which is five working days after you placed the order. We say it will take three to five working days on our delivery terms. I'm not sure why it still hasn't reached you - the free delivery option you chose doesn't have tracking as standard. Unless our customers let us know that there's an issue, we have to assume that the order has arrived safely. We have your details so someone will follow up privately, but just wanted to reply to your concerns here, as our customer service is very important to us. Charlotte.

when I ordered two of the same product, only one arrived. The one that arrived came on time for Christmas, which was brilliant for and I was impressed with that part of service as I had ordered pretty close to Christmas day. However it took several emails to find out that my second product was sent 2 weeks later as a result of me constantly emailing. For this reason my overall rating is poor because the order was not placed properly

Hi Coelbie and thanks for your feedback, it's all valuable to us. I am very sorry that the second product wasn't sent with the first. Our customer service is really important to us, and it was disappointing that there was an error in the warehouse. It shouldn't have taken as long as it did for your query to be resolved, although I did think our team had kept you in better touch - I checked the correspondence and we replied to you on Christmas Day itself, when you mentioned the missing items, and then again on Friday the 2nd. But regardless, the service has fallen short of where it should be and so in this case we deserve the rating that you gave. I hope this doesn't put you off shopping with AskHerFriends in future. Ben
