You have the audacity to ask me to review yet my order hasn't even arrived yet and you have promised me a response over 24 hours ago! I'm pretty certain if I asked her friends she wouldn't recommend you!

Hi Brad, I’m very sorry you’ve had such a disappointing experience with AskHerFriends. At Christmas delivery times get very stretched and the order should be with you any day now. We should have got back to you, though, with this confirmation. Regarding the review request, this is an automated process from an independent review provider, which is triggered when the seller confirms that they are beginning the dispatch process. We will investigate with our seller as to why they confirmed that the product had been sent when it actually hasn’t yet arrived with you.

I ordered some Christmas crackers on the 16th December. I still haven't received them. It is totally unacceptable because they were quick enough to take my money! When I've requested a refund, Ben's sent me an email with a returns label attached. I WOULD RETURN THEM IF I HAD THEM IN MY POSSESSION TO RETURN!! I' m left without my order and without a refund so therefore, I won't be using this site again!!!

Hi, I’m really sorry that you had a bad experience with AskHerFriends, and we’re very disappointed by it too. We had sent you a returns label initially because the tracking from our fulfilment centre said that the package had been passed to Royal Mail on 18 December, therefore when you said on 29 December that you were ‘disappointed not to have received them in time for Christmas’ and ‘would like to cancel my order and have a refund’, then we presumed, incorrectly, that you had received them and they were just too late, not that they hadn’t arrived at all. It was only on Friday 2 January that you clarified to say that the package hadn’t been received at all, and then we processed a full refund on the following Monday, 5 January. I understand how frustrating the experience must have been, especially as you wanted to give the items as a gift. We tried our best to rectify the situation, based on the information and understanding that we had. I guess sometimes there are misunderstandings, despite the best of intentions, and I’m just sorry in this case that you’d been let down over Christmas. Ben
