“my order was delivered promptly and I was happy with it. One comment: the description did not include a size/weight which made it difficult to gauge its size. Fortunately, was quite happy as it turned out!”

“Using the website was easy and the order arrived promptly. So beautifully wrapped that I don't want to open it to check all ok? So now worried if the order isn't right or damaged I hope the recipient of my gift will understand”

Hi Jean, thanks for your review! Sorry about the packaging - we had packaged it well so that your experience of the site was enhanced, it wasn't meant to make you worried about anything! Of course if there's anything wrong when you do give the gift, you can return it, but I hope the beautiful wrapping works out well for you in the end...!

“Excellent site with a wide variety of gifts to suit a lot of people. Only downside was the high level of postage, I wasn't aware of this until I got to checkout so it might have been nice to know before. Otherwise an excellent site and I will visit again soon!”

Hi Amy, thanks for your review! We're always working with sellers about delivery costs, and trying to bring them down, and I'm sorry they were high in this case. Delivery details are given on each product, but they were high in this case. Like I say, we are trying to get them brought down. But thanks for visiting us! Ben

“Unique way of buying gifts for your loved one. Loved the gift finder - website easy to navigate and purchase. Would love a free delivery option however. My order was delayed as it was lost in the system but once I had contacted customer services, they quickly rectified the situation. Recommended - Many thanks”

“Love the concept and the website - Love the idea map. Picked two gifts out straight away. They were very quick to respond when I had a delivery issue and sorted everything out quickly with the seller - Great personal service and fast communication. Can't wait for AskHisFriends!”
