I have ordered the item and that delivery was delayed therefore I knew that something is wrong.

To my shock, they DID SEND THE FIRST ORDER BY FIRST OLD-SPORT THIEVES DHL, who is now charging me USD 200 to receive the package - RIDICULOUS -, while this is the FIRST clothing store that I ever have to pay taxes here despite the expensive cost of their dresses, I am also charged (threatened) by DHL with their abusive fees, which surpass far over the 25% legally allowed by law (tax + import fees), meaning Asos not only is stupid, their "free delivery" is a lie.

I ordered next day delivery on a Monday and I’m still waiting on a Thursday and they don’t know where my order is. The customer care lack comprehension/understanding and don’t take the complaint seriously. Won’t use again

Next day delivery is not next day. More like day 4. Used to shop all the time on Asos because of the next day delivery - really pared back my buying because of this

You'll have to drive and pick it up inconveniently elsewhere out of your way because they use "Landmark" who will put an automatic hold on the delivery of your purchase (for no reason other than to greatly inconvenience you) which causes further days of delays, so theres absolutely no way you'll get what you want on time or in any timely manner!!! Then "Landmark" uses another shipper "Canada Post" to actually hold your purchase and not deliver it to you!!! So it is very very very very time consuming for the buyer.

But I was asked to pay fees on delivery, then I contacted Asos who says this policy is for USA only (LOL it clearly says "Orders to Canada").

Sending me tracking links that don't work and telling me my item is at a delivery office that doesn't even exist.

Two months to get one order refunded despite paying for their “premium” delivery service that they call Asos Premier. Laughable.
