Returns - Difficult

It's my first time ordering from Asos and trusted their advertisement of "Free Returns" so I gambled on the quality of the item.

While checking my PayPal account, I discovered that two other Asos returns hadn't been refunded.

When I bought the items, the product page for each item clearly said "Free Returns.

Make sure you check your refunds for returns! I never usually check which is my fault but spotted the latest return refund was over £400 short! Basically 8 items and only refunded 1. I’m sure there are many people they are doing this too and it soon adds up in their bank account!

Refunded me £1 for 2 items I returned that I paid £45 because I used code Asos20 for 20% off over £200 and the returns took the order value below that.

However, more recently, their returns and customer service has been shocking! I haven’t returned a parcel in the last year without there being a problem.

Asos do not look at the long term history only recent so if you make a couple of returns in a row even if you spend hundreds they will just block you.

Terrible experience. My order was delayed, not delivered to my house and went to the post office instead and i was forced to pay over a $100 in custom fees that were hidden. Plus, they dont have free returns, the quality of the clothes i received was terrible and the fit and sizing info on the website is completely wrong. Just wasted over $500 on this $#*!ty company.

Services such as returns that initially should be automated considering you are in e-commerce company are not!! I have ordered return for an item 3 times and no response I have returned a few items and recieved my money back after 2 months and 3 contacts with customer service.
