Please Assurance Wireless keep him if anything he needs to be in a higher department with this company. He was so helpful and made my day. His score is over 10 it's a 1,000 if you ask me

I'm one of the satisfied ones ...I find if I'm polite and patient with customer service they go out of their way to reciprocate. Service is same as Metro by TMobile as far as data priority, and I can't complain about that!

I've been using insurance wireless for over 5 years I'm returning customer I think the service is great but I'm much better than other sharks they have out there looking around trying to get your money at least you get your prices reasonable if you need to upgrade it's always available
