“Ordered a print to replace one which had been broken thanks to a clumsy delivery man. It was one of a pair so really pleased after 18 months or so I could still get one! Easily ordered and delivered on time. Thanks”

“Ordered online item was out of stock . I was contacted immediately and asked if I wanted to choose another item. Ann was very helpful and tried to double check stock. She came up with another option which was better than my original choice. She said see would ring me back and she did ,she said she would try and find another option and she did. Ann was friendly and so were the other staff I spoke to. This is called excellent customer service and management of the company should be very proud of their frontline staff. Thanks again.”

“Positives: Great price. Extensive range of Dreamweaver cushions. Free delivery. Good customer service. Delivery fine. Would buy from again. Improvement: Whilst an email confirming dispatch was received, a tracking number would have been useful. Overall: Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!”

“The art work we ordered is exactly as depicted in the website photos particularly the colours. The packaging has to the best I've had to date to ensure that the pictures were delivered in perfect condition. Excellent service.”

“Found this company on line after looking for a good rug. Really good service. Initially said that my order might take 10 to 14 days to arrive as it had (I think) to come from abroad. Anyway, it was less time than that! I was emailed and kept up to date at each step and when I got the e mail to say my rug had been dispatched, it arrived the following day.”
