“multiple orders, things have gone wrong - from no tracking / shipping, orders going to completely other states, or radio silence for 4 weeks livechat system on their website doesnt get a reply email goes no where even though they promise a 48 hour reply just honestly pathetic - ive done multiple orders from here tallying over $1200 and dont know why i bothered trying again”

“Received the wrong order and only half of it, no calls or emails from you team despite me reaching via multiple platforms. Terrible experience so far. This was supposed to be a birthday present and now I’m left with half the order which is wrong and the other half missing. $350 spend and can’t get anyone to return my calls or email . Disgusting . Disappointed.”

Hi Sherie, I'm so sorry you have had a negative experience. I can see you ordered skate ramps. Were they not delivered to you? We take this seriously and were honestly not aware that this happened! I can't see your email in our inbox...what email did you send it to.? If there is ever an issue with an order which is very rare, we always rectify it immediately. “Recently purchased one of AtlasCo’sc custom street builds. I am pleasantly surprised by the support. I paid for express shipping via their webpage which was later informed by Katherine that this wasn’t an option and express would’ve costed $300+. Katherine worked with me via email to comp the extra cost into other parts, as a couple parts in this build were out of stock, after all the emails I ended up receiving my scooter with a bunch of upgraded bits and heaps of stickers! Once again I was surprised with how helpful their team was! I would 100% recommend AtlasCo to anyone looking to get a scooter or anything else from their site”

“Have shopped with Atlasco a couple times now and my experiences have been on the decline. First time I didn't have any issues, second time my order was taking ages to get shipped. Wasn't getting any information from their customer service, then almost two weeks after purchasing I got an email saying the majority of their staff had gone on a trip to Woodward and to expect delays. Parts still took a few days to ship. And the most recent incident, I ordered a complete for a friend, a week passes and I go to check on my order and it just says "Unfulfilled". Again I contact their help email and get no response for another week. I then get an email back, not from support, but just informing me that they had no stock left and were partially refunding my order. I get the money for the scooter back, but not the shipping I paid. Absolute joke.”

“these guys have got to be the best people. ive shopped with atlas for about a year now and they throw in some goodies, the team is great and friendly. however they did give me the wrong coloured bars ( I asked for raw Native Arias and black ones came) I even checked the receipt that they even sent and it said I ordered raw bars, Im happy tho coz the black looks better.”

“Honestly, its a 50/50 on wether or not they have a part in stock even though online it would say it is. Great part selection, poor customer service and poor online website. Still the best rider owned shop there is, they just need to work on replying on their social/email in regards to an order instead of leaving people on seen…”
