“Have shopped with Atlasco a couple times now and my experiences have been on the decline. First time I didn't have any issues, second time my order was taking ages to get shipped. Wasn't getting any information from their customer service, then almost two weeks after purchasing I got an email saying the majority of their staff had gone on a trip to Woodward and to expect delays. Parts still took a few days to ship. And the most recent incident, I ordered a complete for a friend, a week passes and I go to check on my order and it just says "Unfulfilled". Again I contact their help email and get no response for another week. I then get an email back, not from support, but just informing me that they had no stock left and were partially refunding my order. I get the money for the scooter back, but not the shipping I paid. Absolute joke.”
“these guys have got to be the best people. ive shopped with atlas for about a year now and they throw in some goodies, the team is great and friendly. however they did give me the wrong coloured bars ( I asked for raw Native Arias and black ones came) I even checked the receipt that they even sent and it said I ordered raw bars, Im happy tho coz the black looks better.”
