why does it take so long to get a refund from Atlas for Men. I placed an order on the 23 April 2026 money taken from my card on 24 April. Good received 30 April. I ordered a Men's Outdoor Parka ref J1145, what i received were two pairs of women's casual trousers. Goods returned 2 May and later confirmed by Atlas for Men. Despite an unending list of phone calls and as long a list of promises, I have still not received my money back. I phoned again today to be told they did not know when I would received the refund. They are a second rate company. Don't be fooled by the advertising. For example their website states "Queries Resolved in Under an Hour". Rubbish!!!!

When will we be having our refund back as after waiting nearly 8 months and 6 emails seven or more phone calls you promises 3to5 working days for refund and a email plus phone call back but nothing. I read some of your reviews and it's a recurring problem with this company and refunds
