“1st time user so don't know to much about them, only that the items I purchased even though I had to send them back due to selecting wrong size were of high quality and very reasonably priced.”

“Goods Purchased OK, EVRI delivery service not what you expect in today's age. 1st delivery was slow, returns even slower about 20 days, 2nd delivery was very good. Answers below are for 2nd delivery.”

Dear Gwyn, Thank you for getting in touch. We as a company allow up to and including 21 days for the returns process. Once we have received the return back we will process the request. Refunds take 3 - 5 working days from this point of processing, and exchanges 5 - 7 working days. We will not know that we have received your parcel, until the item is with us until it is entered into the system. You can check your returns tracking number, with the carrier you returned the order with, to confirm the parcel has been received to us, pending being processed through our warehouse.
