Why do you answer back to the good reviews only as that is a failure of a company and looks very suspicious .

Just like many other comments I have read so far. Goods returned as poor quality - no refund - no response to contact - and heavy charge to telephone them. Interesting to see that they reply to positive comments but ignore negative ones. Be interesting to see if they respond to this one!

I was a customer of atlas for men I placed an order when it arrived it smelled like someone’s dirty laundry and everything was the wrong size I ordered 3xl for my husband they sent 4xl I returned it on 2; march it arrived back with them on 4th April at 07.34 and I am still waiting for my refund and it is now 18 April just phoned and was told to give them a month as it had not been processed and would manually process it today I think I have been very patient and have had enough of their excuses please don’t order from them they don’t seem to care about customers

I ordered a pack of six t- shirts back in april and and since 30th april they have apparently been with evri. Still waiting even though I was told id have them by 10th May. Definitely won't be ordering from them again, complete waste of space.

I ordered two fleece jackets that didn’t fit sent back through the post office with evri on the 17th march receipt still with me I have not had my refund back after going through the right channels with them email to customer care promising that it would be sorted nothing and not replying to any emails after Over the years I have spent a great deal of money with this company all I want is my money refunded back into my account As I am 87 years old I could do without this stress at my age Bad communication somewhere down the line

i orderd pack of 6 mens button t shirts with a pair of shorts to go with them you took payment for postage and said you nolonger supply t shirts when i orderd was told t shirts would come

have used many times sent last order back as nothappy with size waited 30 days for refund now told they have changed bank and will take at least anot 2 weeks to procenn 6/7 weeks to get a refund in totally unacceceptable will not use them again shame as used to be really good

Worst company. Wish I read the reviews before ordering. You will wait months for a refund if you send something back. Worst still they sell through another company called Pertemba which had their own processes and return procedure. They owe me 150 pounds and I'm still waiting. Will go to watchdog if this isn't dealt with soon

delivery and refunds questionable. My refund was authorised on 27th February 2026 but not appeard in my bank account as of 09/04/26 delivery problems in 2025 but not informed took about 6 weeks to arrive. Never using this firm again. Will submit in my name as I am not wanting others to fall into the same trap.

Terrible company!! Took payment twice, after numerous phone calls they are going to refund my account, although I won't hold my breath!

Automative service was dire, tried for 25 minutes each time cut off, when I did speak to an advisor he cut me off. Now thinking I'll close my account after my delivery.

We have waited for over 2 weeks for this to be delivered because a in complete address was given to Yodel it was for my husband's birthday which it completely missed on the 22nd December also Yodel was very hard to contact so all in all a complete disaster which will stop me ordering from you again three people in your firm tried to put it right without success very disappointed.

I placed an order 10 days ago and have not received it yet. Spoke to customer services they tell me delivery is 5 ~7 from despatch but how you advertise it seems 5 ~ 7 days from order. You sent e mail saying order had gone to YODELL, 2 DAYS LATER THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED. I have spoken to Yodell they stated they had not received. I contacted Atlas for men again who then stated the goods were despatched from France. I have serious problem as I am going away for Christmas , as goods are fore Christmas they will be no good after. I will definitely not dealing with you again.

I am really sorry for the review but I am still awaiting this parcel I think the fault now lies with Yodel as they have not updated their delivery It is now getting out of hand and I have had to contact customers services again today . As I said in think the fault now lies with Yodel I was guaranteed a delivery on the 22nd but it never arrived.

No help at all yodel has made no attempt for nearly 3weeks to deliver parcels Still one parcel missing so much for the phone call back last week I am still waiting I don’t want the order now I want a full refund with the delivery cost and they will be looking for compensation

Wrong size was sent. Was offered a free gift but now I am told I am not eligible for it because the item I chose was not their's.!!!! I am now having to deal with another company. What a joke and an absolute con. I could have got the same item for much less but decided would order from atlas for men to have free gift. Still waiting to hear from them. Atlas for men just passing buck but no idea item was not their's. Very very unhappy

Poor service waiting forever for my order ,had to return it .Now I 'm being told new order could take 3 weeks !!! Ordered in May summer will be over before I receive my clothes absolutely terrible 😖 Never thought to order summer clothes in the winter so as to have in the the correct season
