The service is extremely slow, mostly taking two weeks or more, the ordering is on a premium phone number(unless you know the tricks) and most products are well over-priced. Their service department is very 'Take it or leave it. Hard luck, mate'

Wrong size sent. Returned garment. They say refund in 30 days, it’s been nearer 40 and still nothing in my Bank. Rang twice for Customer Services and after 5 minutes my call was terminated. Rude I think. Makes you wonder if there is any Customer Service. I’ve sent a message on the return site asking for my money back. Will give them another week then send a letter to where my parcel went. If no joy I’ll get a Solicitor involved.

Rubbish firm all orders come from France and not ringwood they take your money and sod u off do not deal with them biggest scammers going

Returned a product 3 weeks ago still waiting for refund, contacted them via their contact Us system on Internet, no reply, don't bother buying from them, terrible service.

I'm not surprised that most judgements about this company only give 1 star. My experience, on the whole, has also been very poor. So much so that I will never use them again.

Don't ever order from this company, a complete shambles!! They've got a Customer Services team who haven't got a clue what they are doing. You have to wait ages for delivery and when it comes part off the order is missing!!!

What a shambles. Ordered 4 shirts on their web site and wanted to change them all to a smaller size so returned them all in one pack to AFM. Three were replaced without problems, the forth shirt disappeared without trace. 3 phone calls later at a cost of £6.36 (13p per min) finally spoke to a helpful person and finally got a replacement. Will never use again.

I beg you do not use this company, customer service is the worst I have ever known. My elderly father ordered a pair of shoes in June which he paid for by cheque with the order. The shoes were then exchanged for a smaller size. He then receives a third and final notice of failure to pay (having not received any previously), hotly followed by a debt collection agency letter of behalf of AFM. We are now on the 7th email to AFM who can not answer a straight question, reply to each email with one sentence not answering any of the questions asked, who have still not said or proved any money is owing and yet has still not 'called off the dogs', my father is still receiving letters from the debt collection agency. Their customer service phone line costs 13p per minute and cuts you off after paying to be on hold or even sometimes half way through a conversation with an actual person, therefore it is NOT an option to try to sort this out over the phone after already wasting lots of money on calls to them. An utter shambolic disgrace is the way I would describe this company!

Placed an order received confirmation of order. Tried to track order website not working. Emailed customer service 3 times got standard reply. Have still not had any response at all Tried to call phone just rings and rings. Rubbish service will never use or recommend Atlas again.
