Once you understand that your product sizing is very generous, ie. for large order medium, for waste size 36 order 34, then the product itself is of a very rreasonable and acceptable quality. Regarding this responce time can be improved especially because you are required to pay an extra £3 for the pleasure of returning the goods for replacment of the smaller size garments and up to 30day waiting time for the replacement to arrive.

Dear Colin, Thank you for getting in touch. Sorry to hear the item that you ordered is too large, our sizes can come up on the generous side. We have recently revised our size charts. Returns can take up to 21 days to be processed, we will let you know once the item has been exchanged, or refunded. A £2.99 returns fee is applied to orders. Goods Purchased OK, EVRI delivery service not what you expect in today's age. 1st delivery was slow, returns even slower about 20 days, 2nd delivery was very good. Answers below are for 2nd delivery.

Bit disappointed really with the service as the goods never arrived. I placed the order on 1st June. I chased them up by email and told to wait 10 working days even though they were marked as dispatched. Checked with yodel saying tracking saying still with sender. Phoned up 0n 15th June told it was being delivered that day never arrived. Phoned again this morning and spoke to a very nice agent who explained the goods have gone missing and have not been scanned in by Yodel. As they were required by 17th as going on holiday I have asked for a refund. Not a good start with my first order. However the last agent was at least honest and polite and I can not fault her.

I contacted atlas because after 8 days it was still showing being prepared, 2 days after my phone call it was still showing as being prepared, so after 10 days ( 3 of which were holidays) it had still not been sent out, not good service

Dear Customer, We are sorry for the delay in getting your parcel to you. Delivery is 5 - 7 working days, and the order details are now with our courier. Fir an order I had to call 4 times because the first two advisors made a mess with my order and they were not trained. The first one was hopeless hus Name Mark. The second one Joe who tried but did not succeed and caused me a problem with the Bank. Only two Ladies new their job and I commend them for their skills. I wad ready to cancel my order and never order again.

Hi sorry to have to write this review but I am very disappointed with atlasformen I placed an order on 17th June it is now 27th not arrived just been on to customer services they say their advert states 3-7 working days delivery time they told me that’s not from time of ordering but from time dispatched my order was dispatched on 23rd that’s so it taken 7days to process the order my estimated delivery is 29/30th if I had known this I would definitely not have placed an order and don’t think I will in future

Items satisfactory, not the best quality but ideal for everyday use, the fit is good but delivery time is poor. Being a full week before Items are confirmed as dispatched and then up to 4 days with transportation. (This could be a normal situation ) however being an “Amazon” customer I have come to expect Immediate dispatch and fast delivery 🤷🏼
