I’d give zero Ordered 4 mens t shirts on the amazing offer of £19.99 Waited a couple of weeks and still no delivery, I phoned customer services and after holding on for ages I spoke to a very impolite person to be told the company were a victim of their own success because demand was so great even though the t shirts were still being advertised - when I asked why I couldn’t have been informed I was told I was being ridiculous if I assumed the company could notify every customer of late delivery. The items did arrive - and you know the old saying “if it’s too good to be true” Well at least I’ll have new dusters I certainly won’t be ordering from this company again

couldn't create account online....called phone number...waited 7 minutes...got a person that couldn't understand or hardly speak english...after several times trying to get him to understand me I finally said lets forget it...he said good and hung up

It’s all a bit sus when everything is up to 50% off and free cheap gift offers if you order something, considering none of its well known named brands and after the 40-50% off items still cost like £20-£30 etc.. I ordered 2 multipack sports T-shirts 1 XL & 1 XXL I got XXXL AND large and all had huge neck lines that hang around collarbone and not around neck. Won’t be ordering again that’s for sure. Website is terrible and prices are not competitive at all. I think I’ll stick to Amazon , Asda and jd sports from now on. No emails of delivery confirmation. When I finally got through on phone to them for info and help logging in to account it took ages.

I tried to order online but will not recognise my email.I sent an email to them but received my message back. I am not very happy,I placed an order by phone and requested a confirmation email still nothing.

Goods themselves are OK, certainly not high quality though. However, their version of 4x is normally at MOST a 2x or XL in Canada. The polo shirts I purchased shrank 4" in length on the first wash, and they were pretty skimpy to start with. Wife can't stop laughing. No wonder, she's not using to seeing my belly button when I'm dreessed. Underwear exactly the same problem. I should note their 100 day guarantee is a joke. Return them new and unused. How do you find the problems if you can't try them on and wear them? Definitely NOT recommended!

The website is absolutely shocking and doesn't even work properly! Took me ages to get an order done as it didn't add anything I told it to, to the wish list. Horrendously time consuming. Would not recommend at all.

Bought slippers, 3pair, I agree they were cheap $9.99, but even so they should not have fell apart and they did in the first week of wearing them. I sent an email to Atlas with a picture of the slippers and expiation…. I never heard from them. A month later I called, started to tell the rep about the problem, she hung up. So folks go from there but I won’t buy again. Fabrics are cheap.

Ordered Items Dec 6th 2021 goods arrived Dec 16th 2021 sent 2 Items back on the 17th Dec 2021 1 item for refund and the other item for exchange. I have emailed the company twice since the new year and as yet to get a reply and no refund and no exchange so this will be the last time I deal with this company . Anyone out there avoid this company at all costs.

ordered items Dec 3,2021 for Christmas...Called these people at least 3 times inquiring about same order...nothing...oh. would check on it personally and notify me...finally after 6 wks of waiting called to cancel the order and was told it was ALREADY cancelled Jan 5,2022....no notice by phone, text, or email!!!!! my advice...bypass this company....TOTALLY UNRELIABLE!!!!!C.

customer service was great always got help but i was promised a sunglasses and watch gift set i kept getting only watches this is the 3rd time it happened i give up why say ill receive something if your not going to fulfill it great jeans but if your buying for the free things dont count on getting it.

I ordered a Christmas jumper that was advertised in the atlas for men catalogue when it arrived it came from a company called pertemba. I tried it on and it was like wearing a second skin it was that tight. I rang customer services and the person that i spoke to called Paul customer team leader. I sent him a picture with a ruler across the chest measuring 36 inches with a label reading large. the reply that i received was that the label said large and that was what i had ordered. I then told him that 36 inches was small and a large should measure 42 to 44 inches. he replied back that i had ordered large and according to the label that is what i had received. I replied to that if i had ordered a 4XL and it came up measuring 36 inches then that would be a 4XL he replied yes. whilst you have idiots like him working in your customer services with a position of team leader i will not be purchasing another item from ATLAS FOR MEN.

I placed an order for an elderly man who wanted the free watch that came after a certain amount was spent. The magazine shows a Daniel Hechter watch, but he received "Atlas for men watch" that is what is said on the face. It is horrible quality and looks nothing like the watch in the magazine. The company is being very deceitful, by advertising one thing and distributing a horrible quality product.

Returned an item 7/10/2021 and still no refund of £28.99. I have emailed them several time and no response to my emails!. Tried ringing them and cannot get through. I have finally sent them a letter and I am waiting for their reply, but I am not holding my breath. Will not be ordering anything from them again!!

Tried to return my purchase So went to Hermes shop. No not them the sticker was post office.took there said it would be 11 pounds wow. Then told me it was yodel. How confusing rubbish. I spent nearly90 pounds with atlas a joke charging me for return.

If I could give a zero or minus .Customer service insisted that a package was delivered and signed for ..... no package delivered, no proof of signature. Then the shipper, who I had to call, said no it was a verbal signature.... no, there is no delivery. Ripping off a senior totally un-acceptable.
