“Quality was so poor on a jumper that i purchased I Will never use the company again”

“I beg you do not use this company, customer service is the worst I have ever known. My elderly father ordered a pair of shoes in June which he paid for by cheque with the order. The shoes were then exchanged for a smaller size. He then receives a third and final notice of failure to pay (having not received any previously), hotly followed by a debt collection agency letter of behalf of AFM. We are now on the 7th email to AFM who can not answer a straight question, reply to each email with one sentence not answering any of the questions asked, who have still not said or proved any money is owing and yet has still not 'called off the dogs', my father is still receiving letters from the debt collection agency. Their customer service phone line costs 13p per minute and cuts you off after paying to be on hold or even sometimes half way through a conversation with an actual person, therefore it is NOT an option to try to sort this out over the phone after already wasting lots of money on calls to them. An utter shambolic disgrace is the way I would describe this company!”

“Placed an order received confirmation of order. Tried to track order website not working. Emailed customer service 3 times got standard reply. Have still not had any response at all Tried to call phone just rings and rings. Rubbish service will never use or recommend Atlas again.”
