When are you going to stop taking money from my account? How many times do I have to cancel? I've gotten one book for 7.95 and 6 months later you're still charging me for a monthly service I never wanted.

Why do my audiobooks keep getting Interrupted multiple times with the initial intro and revert back to the first chapter. This is very dangerous as I’m driving on the road trying to get back to the track that I was on. Do you have a fix for this? If not I may have to change audiobook provider.
