“First time ordering and I was a bit worried that I was scammed, as the two items I ordered did not arrive on the same day (a week apart) but the delivery notice at the post office said both items were delivered. After contacting Aussie Storm about this, they said it should arrive and that their end looked like it was still on its way. Held my breath for a week and luckily it arrived. Phew. So given that both items eventually got here (I am fully blaming the floods over east) and the good communication from customer service, I'd be happy to order from this crew again.”

“Hi Aussie Storm Shop, thanks for the prompt, excellent service. The package arrived within days. Impressed. The Primus stove works brilliantly :) and together with the old Jetboil, all cooking bases covered. The Kilner Coffee Grinder is a wee bit of a 'challenge' to use safely. The unrolled edge of the metal hopper is quite a knuckle hazard - The Kilner website shows that their spice grinder hopper has a rolled edge and it would have been a better idea to have done the same to the coffee grinder hopper. Not to worry, live and learn. Will keep the Kilner jar and lid but discard coffee grinder as it is a bit of a risk to use. Aussie Storm Shop has a great website and I will be ordering from them again. Cheers. PS apologies for being unable to use the link sent via sms (2 attempts)- no smart phone, when I tried to put the details in online it came up with 'error'.”

“Hi Guys, I am happy to submit an honest review: Very happy with speed of delivery, but there was one matter over which you have little control that caught my attention. The knife was very securely wrapped in strong plastic, and took some extricating, but my concern was with the virtual impossibility of opening and closing the knife. After some exploration, and a few: "Goodness me, this is inconvenient"'s I saw that the problem was with an internal part of the knife was interfering with the Action. Just inconvenient. A Manufacturing fault, and nothing to do with your Service provision. Regards, Trevor”
