“I have a concern with the courier delivering the products. I am a local customer, however the first parcel was lost by courier , your company replaced the parcel, I have received the parcel but courier left it outside next to the garage under the sun. I am not sure for how long the fermented probiotic were under very hot temperature. Probiotics come in plastic bottles, so now I am not sure if it safe to ingest them. Please let me know if it safe.”
