“Aussie Health Products are good. If there’s an item out of stock they do get back to you. If there’s a delay in shipment there’s human contact and frequent updates. When they give you a date it’s a reliable one. Products have arrived as expected, and cheaper than the shop.”

“the box my product came in was cut open /damaged on one side, luckily the actual product it self was intact, Not sure what happened to the packaging but it was a long clean cut like someone wanted to open to see what was inside”

“Ordered product on Oct 26, it’s now Nov 15 and still no parcel. Contacted Fastways who are their courier and they had to track it down from somewhere. I’ve emailed, but no one seems to know where and when my order is coming. Still waiting.”

“I have a concern with the courier delivering the products. I am a local customer, however the first parcel was lost by courier , your company replaced the parcel, I have received the parcel but courier left it outside next to the garage under the sun. I am not sure for how long the fermented probiotic were under very hot temperature. Probiotics come in plastic bottles, so now I am not sure if it safe to ingest them. Please let me know if it safe.”
