“Hi there! Products that I've purchased are good, been using them for years. However, think about changing your delivery partner, fastway, they are bad and that will impact your business. I was dissapointed that you didn't do anything for me after my complaint on delivery.”

“Sent on 30 July and still waiting thanks to Australia Post. The current conditions are not an excuse for incompetency at the top. People are working really hard in post offices and mail delivery but not the people meant to be managing it all. Really letting Australians down because people will stop buying online and take risks they would rather not by going into shops. People in Melbourne can't do that in any case. I am just writing this so you know how Australia Post is letting down your business.”

“Brilliant Service. I have had occasions where I needed to phone and have spoken to Lisa and Margaret. They are only too happy to provide help and advice on products. I had an issue recently with a glitch in ordering as it would not accept the order. Margaret did have it, but the problem was with IT and accepting payment. Margaret manually recreated and processed my large order, product by product, and I could do payment on the phone. The goods aways come very went packed and glass products well protected. When there is a 'heat sensitive' product included it come in a chill pack. I have been a customer for many years and Aussie Health Products in my 'go to' company for great products and superb service.”

“I am pleased to say that my order was sent promptly and i am now using the very good product that i ordered.An initial problem with courier delivery to a LPO address was sorted out quickly by Lisa and i received my order in good time and at a good price.”

“Hello, Not sure about the product, maybe it is just subtle. Will try it longer though.. But it does feel great on the skin. Better than just water. Thank you for not using all plastic wrapping (bubble wrap etc). Also don't really need an invoice on the package..got all the details in the emails. And the delivery was quick. Thank you”
