“I have been recommended these fruit teas by my endocrinologist for my Diabetes 2. This avoids any sugar that is found in fruit juices. I use two tea bags at a time to enhance the flavour in my mixing bottle and add sweetener tablets. I chill and have half with my lunch & dinner. In this Fruit Lovers collection are 5 of my favourite flavour, "Tropical Fruit". Two boxes at once permits me to use two at a time. I really wish they would bring out a box of only "Tropical Fruit". The Blood Orange & Raspeberry + Strawberry are my other two favourites.”
