“Product took 4 weeks to arrive,called Australian natural care on numerous occasions to get feedback on when products would be delivered,office couldn’t tell me if processed at warehouse let alone delivery date. Had to purchase anxiety relief product elsewhere as was required urgently.”

“The product was delivered as ordered. There was a delay in delivery due to current supply issues but I was informed of this in good time and provided with a discount on the next purchase to make up for the trouble. Good customer service. Unfortunately, the package was sent to the wrong address but, luckily, the recipients forwarded it on.”
