“Simply speaking, I have had no issues with your Company. My only gripe is the delivery time of over 2 weeks. I am aware this is out of your control, but they appear to put a " COVID DELAY " anytime things take too long. Will be ordering more in the near future, and interested to see if this has improved.”

“Can you please make the bottles clear or maybe even a see through light green, just so we can see the amount of oil left in the bottles. Nothing worse than going to use the oil and find no oil left. Love how the oils come in all different sizes and the variety of oil. It would be good if you sold oil burners (in different sizes), tea candles and aromatherapy books or if the staff had a background with some knowledge of oils and how they can be used.... more than just cleaning. I've been using your oils when you only did eucalyptus oil. Keep up the good work.”

“Love your products - mainly use the Washing Powder and Dishwasher Powder, but I am disappointed with your latest packaging. When you rip off the top it seems to damage area and then zipper doesn't close properly.”

“I switched over to use these products 6 years ago and have never looked back, I love it in the laundry, in my dishwasher, my general cleaning and trust me the Eucy spray gets a good workout around the home . I love that these are great natural products”

“I have been using your products for many years and have always been more than happy with your product. My recent order of eucalyptus dishwasher powder leaves me very disappointed, not with the product itself but the new packaging. The bag just came apart when opened. So when the old type containers return, I will be super happy again.”

“I made a bulk order to minimise packaging. This worked well for laundry liquid and hand wash. I was disappointed to find multiple packs of dishwasher powder, not 1 or 2 bulk packs. The same for dishwash liquid, 3 small pump packs. Love the product and prompt delivery”

“I love the products and the sentiment behind this company. However, the time before last, I was offered a discount on the products I bought as a loyal customer. I took advantage of this but when I went to check out the discount was not included. I tried a number of times but the discount code was rejected. So I emailed the company explaining the problem and the response was that discount offer was a mistake and they didn't mean to send it out. My response was that you can't offer something and then take it back and as it wasn't my fault they should honour the offer as a matter of principle. Eventually, I was instructed to ring up the next day and tell the receptionist that the person I spoke to said to give me a discount. I didn't want to have to do that. It should have been sorted by them internally without me having to deal with it. I'm the customer. So I declined and paid the full price. It has put me off but the products are good so I'm considering an equivalent company..”
