“Effective operator [Dumar] . Documents arrived quickly. Excellent price. Unable to rate service "on the road" yet - frankly hope I don't have to! One VERY VERY bad point though: your web site continuously said my credit card number was wrong, which it was not. Thus I was unable to take advantage of the MSE offer of 15months for the price of 12. Kindly I will not think this was a ploy on your part but it shall be remembered.”
