“I telephoned to renew my policy because having been directed to renew online in the renewal reminder email, when I did go online to your site, a message came up that I COULDN'T renew it online, which was rather annoying. However, your telephone clerk was efficient and gave me a reason why online renewal hadn't been possible - so that part of the experience was good.”

“Antonya was helpful and clear in explaining the policy. My only problem has been that I was not able to renew online, despite getting numerous emails and texts. I did speak to someone earlier but she did not know when the system would be up and running again . I presume the days when I could not get through was likely to be weather/staff problems, but there was no option to leave a message”

“Well since I took them I have only required their services once so they appear to be preventative. Renewal is typically simple and Dumatoday was very efficient”

“An excellent service at a very competitive price. Unfortunately it is not supported by a system of administration that is customer friendly. Web site does not respond as it should; by refusing to recognise policy number. eMails are sent out but replies do not seem to know of the existence of the original. Personal contact is cold and mechanical.”

“I have been with auto aid many years now. In all that time I have not had to use the call out assist service so I cannot comment on that side things. However I am pleased that the price for the cover has stayed competitive.”
