“It didn't make me happy. I don't want to be sold Household Key Fob insurance when I renew my motor breakdown cover! Why does your renewal letter direct me to your website for renewal, then your website tells me that I can't renew over the internet and must phone you?”

“Elsie answered my call in order for me to renew my policy and I found her polite, clear, informative and efficient. I took up the new key cover policy addition that she said is very good value for money and is a service I haven't been offered before i.e. is new. Overall, very happy.”
