“I wouldn't say it made me happy as your system would not let me renew online due to non recognition of membership. I sent you an email within your site but was not confident that you would receive it so I reluctantly had to phone you to renew (reluctant as I suspect my provider will rip me off for ringing your 0345 number..............you should provide a Freephone 0800 number to be more customer friendly). Your representative dealt with me ok though.”

“I could not understand why having been a member of autoaid for the past 15 plus years I could not renew my policy on-line and when done by phone with Jordan, he did not want my existing policy number and so I had to give all my information again and have now been issued a policy with a new number as NEW BUSINESS. Does not seem to be very efficient business to me”
