“Website would not allow me to renew online. When phoning I waited a long time approx 10minutes before I got through. Elsie explained the payment figure was wrong but did not apologise for the 10 minutes delay in answering.”

“Came to our rescue in pouring rain on a huge roundabout within 15 mins of our call for help. fixed the problem and escorted us home to our door. 5 star service. Brilliant. Renewed our cover to day to a very efficient young lady. 5 stars again.”
