“Elsie was efficient and courteous. I could not renew online because the quotation was apparently £0.30 over stated. I did point out that the telephone call to renew cost considerably more. I would have rated the service higher had this not been the case.”

“Unable to use website for renewal as it was not working. Slight delay getting through by 'phone but Duma was efficient and effective - minimum fuss. Job done in a couple of minutes. Thanks.”
