“Jessica was very helpful when I called asking for infomation and then joining Auto Aid. Her manner was professional and polite throughout and if the service, should we need it, is as good as she was I will be well pleased.Having recently had a very poor response from a well known national organisation I was pleased when our son recommended Auto aid, and I can see why h did. “Can't rate Very Good as I'd had an issue with regards to the correct naming of my wife on the policy and despite being told that I would receive an E-mail or call to resolve this never did. I was going to go elsewhere for my policy but tried one more time with Kavelle who sorted out the issues politely and efficiently in one short telephone call - so she wins the 'Employee of the month Award' !”
