“Great price for a good service, although not used to its full extent, when we could not get car started, it was quickly organised for local garage to come out. In the event a person nearby had starter leads and we managed to sort before garage turned up. This was no problem, auto aid were just happy we had problem sorted.”

“The call centre operator (Duma) was quite abrupt, seemed very uninterested and generally unhelpful to the point where I found it uncomfortable to ask any more questions. I got the impression he didn't want to be there.”

“Found out about the company reading a review on Auto Express online. Autoaid were the second best company out of 5. The first one quoted £83, my existing RAC quite was £70 and for the same comprehensive cover, Autoaid came in at £43.31. Really easy to do policy over the phone with Andrew on customer service - took about 6 mins. I also checked the reviews on Trustpilot first.”
