“Duma's responses to me were excellent and he should be proud of his approach to the job and handling of my questions. The true test, however, of Auto Aid's service will of course NOT be how well Duma performed, but if I ever have to use the service and if that is acceptable or not”

“Soon after we purchased our policy from autoaid, we had a home problem with starting the car, A mechanic came very fast, and we were fixed straight away. then we had a courtesy call asking us if we were satisfied. Yes we were”

“Thankfully I have not had to use the services so can't really comment on the efficiency, however, the cost is certainly excellent compared to other breakdown service providers. I would have marked higher if the online renewal worked but for an unexplained reason I was unable to get passed my membership number and postcode so had to telephone to renew.”
