“By calling me to renew my policy , as a busy mum and nurse the call was genius, renewed right there and then , very happy customer 😀 Emails are great as well but the call made me deal with it and renew .”

“I was disappointed to learn that if the documents were not sent to me online via email there would be a charge of £5.00 for sending the documents through the post. This is discriminating against people who don't have an email or want to have the paper documents rather than printing them themselves or perhaps don't have printer. My wife, for one, would be very unhappy about this and I would like to suggest you review this policy.”
