“It’s a cost-effective provider of breakdown services, essentially an agent that books local breakdown trucks wherever you happen to be, and looks after the processing and refunding of charges made by them. In my experience over 25 or more years with AutoAid, their quick and friendly response to emergency calls, and subsequent claiming process has been pain-free on those infrequent occasions I’ve needed them.”

“I recall three occasions over more than ten years where I have unfortunately had a complete failure of my car. On one occasion, when in my 1955 Morris Minor, I was put in touch with a competent local garage who were able to diagnose the problem, but not surprisingly the replacement part had to be ordered, so they arranged for the car to be towed home. On the other occasions, the breakdown was immediately obvious, and arrangements to tow the car to my local garage were made and carried out as quickly as convenient. In all cases full reimbursement of costs was by return of post. I hope that I will not have to test your excellent service again soon!”
