“I wouldn't say it made me happy as your system would not let me renew online due to non recognition of membership. I sent you an email within your site but was not confident that you would receive it so I reluctantly had to phone you to renew (reluctant as I suspect my provider will rip me off for ringing your 0345 number..............you should provide a Freephone 0800 number to be more customer friendly). Your representative dealt with me ok though.”

“Elsie was efficient and courteous. I could not renew online because the quotation was apparently £0.30 over stated. I did point out that the telephone call to renew cost considerably more. I would have rated the service higher had this not been the case.”
