“Well I've not had to actually use the service for a recovery, but the service when I call has always been polite, quick and easy. Melissa, on this occasion was polite and not pushy with the sale of other products (I understand she has a job to do and expect a little upsale). So far 100% happy with the service. I hope I never have to actually use Auto Aid but if I do, I hope you live up to the service provided so far. Rich”

“I was disappointed to learn that if the documents were not sent to me online via email there would be a charge of £5.00 for sending the documents through the post. This is discriminating against people who don't have an email or want to have the paper documents rather than printing them themselves or perhaps don't have printer. My wife, for one, would be very unhappy about this and I would like to suggest you review this policy.”

“If we have had to call out an engineer they have arrived very quickly and had us back on the road in no time at all ans we were reimbursed with what we had to pay up front with no questions asked.”
